Going through the (Leading From Your Strengths) profile information with our team was extremely helpful. It was very enlightening for me to see how to do and how not to deal with or approach other members of my team. Seeing how we 'lined' up as a staff from our profile information was extremely helpful. Thanks, Ron, for constantly pulling us back to Scripture and to what the Lord was saying to us. I love the reminder of who to look to for examples of leadership as well - today we have a tendency to look to godly leaders first and then check back into Scripture. The reminder to look to Jesus and Scripture first is something I know but I needed the reminder.

The seminar was full of rich ideas on a topic that is not always (addressed). People take leadership very lightly but this has been handled and treated with wisdom and understanding.

Leadership Retreat Saturday January 16, 2010
Ron, thanks for a good day on Saturday! I have had several persons, including several of our staff, express appreciation for your sessions and for the overall thrust of the morning. People were clearly engaged with you, tracked with you well as you presented the material, and appreciated the challenges you gave them along the way.It was a good morning, Ron, and I've already had folks asking men when we are going to have another meeting like this one. That, in my opinion, is always a good sign -- they want more! Thanks for your help in making this first leadership meeting a resounding success! Blessings!

Private 2 day Church Leadership Retreat
Ron, first I want to thank you--and Roger--again for a great retreat. Second, at our Consistory meeting following the retreat we made a decision to revise, renew, refresh our Mission/Purpose statement. The question came up of whether you would be willing to be a leader/ consultant to the committee. Is this something you would be willing to do? Again, thanks for helping us to set this in motion through your presentation.

Thanks for hosting this week’s conference. The speakers provided a good mix of challenging and encouraging thoughts. It was also wonderful opportunity to interact with business and church leaders and to discuss current issues. I look forward to future conferences to stimulate my thinking in the area of Christian Leadership.
