This organization's mission and purpose is to be used by God to coach and equip Christian leaders in any role or organization, in or outside the church. TheChristianLeader.org exists to promote the Biblical alternative in the practice of leadership, moving leaders away from the prominent world-views that entice believers toward power, position, fame and fortune.
Vision Statement
It is this organization's vision to help train all types of Christian leaders whether they are pastors, business managers, mid-level supervisors, ministry leaders, church board members or Christian business owners. We are committed to help all leaders who are Christians develop a kingdom purpose for their activities. We will help leaders become servant leaders through one on one personal coaching relationships, internet teaching, and through presenting seminars and workshop, in order that leaders might be challenged to further change into the likeness of Christ.
Specifically, this would include encouragement, coaching and training toward improving personal performance. Where needed, we will help in the development of administrative and functional structures along with personal spiritual development, skill building and problem solving.
