Chris Carr is the Executive Pastor of Ministries at Bethel Church and Ministries in Crown Point, Indiana. His other experiences in leadership include Bethel's small group ministry, its mission and outreach ministry, and its teaching ministry.
Kristin MacPherson is a successful business sales manager with EcoQuest International. She is a Master Manager with the company and was awarded EcoQuest's Leadership Award in 2007.

Roger DeGraff is the founder and owner of Southland Mortgage, Inc. Roger comes to our board after several years of management experience in the financial services industry and has served in several capacities at his home church, First Reformed-South Holland, IL, other RCA denominational boards and committees, school boards, as well as several other not-for-profit organization's boards and committees.

Al Evers is the owner of Evers Realty Group in Lansing, Illinois. He has significant experience in successful business ownership and in church board/team leadership. He currently serves as our Board Chairman.
Jeff Witzke is a Senior Financial Analyst for Carrier Corporation which is a division of United Technologies, a Fortune 100 company. Not only does Jeff provide fiscal wisdom but his passion for leadership training is evidenced by his participation in TCL's overseas training events in Nigeria.
Ron Porter is the Founder and Executive Director of TheChristianLeader.org. His 30 years of business management along with 17 years of church leadership bode well in equipping him for leading TheChristianLeader.org toward fulfilling its vision.

Norm Aardema is owner of Chicago Disposal, Inc., a waste disposal company operating in Chicago with offices in Lansing, Illinois. He has owned and operated approximately 20 businesses during the past 35 years. Also during that time has served on numerous boards and committees in the area of church, Christian school, civic and the waste industry.
