Maintaining unity in any organization can be IS difficult and time consuming. Leadership is about people, and dealing with people takes time. Sometimes issues accumulate in such a fashion that the process of losing unity is not readily noticeable. Stress in relationships builds slowly, sometimes becoming unbearable. As tension builds in us, our vision is blurred. Problems become more difficult to solve. On occasion, we need an unbiased perspective to help.
